Pool Sales Representative (Residential & Developer Relations)

Compensation: $65,000–$70,000 base salary + Excellent Commission Structure + Bonus Program + Full Benefits Package

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and driven Pool Sales Representative with 5–10 years of proven sales success, preferably within the residential construction, outdoor living, or pool industry.

This role focuses on building and maintaining strong relationships with residential developers, home builders, and contractors while driving revenue growth and expanding market presence.

Key Responsibilities

• 
  Develop and maintain strong relationships with residential developers, builders, and contractors
• 
  Generate new business opportunities and expand existing accounts
• 
  Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing
• 
  Achieve and exceed sales targets and revenue goals
• 
  Conduct presentations and consultations with clients
• 
  Collaborate with internal design, construction, and operations teams to ensure project success
• 
  Maintain accurate records of sales activity and pipeline management
• 
  Represent the company at industry events and networking functions

Qualifications

• 
  5–10 years of proven sales success (required)
• 
  Experience in residential construction, outdoor living, or pool industry (preferred)
• 
  Established relationships with developers and/or builders
• 
  Demonstrated track record of revenue growth
• 
  Strong negotiation and closing skills
• 
  Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• 
  Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and highly organized
• 
  Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
