POLICE OFFICER

Lindsborg, Kansas, a city of over 3,700 residents, is seeking qualified applicants to fill a full-time police officer position for our growing and diverse community.

Under the supervision of the Chief of Police, the Lindsborg Police Officer is a non-exempt position which performs duties in the protection of life and property and the preservation of order in the City of Lindsborg. The employee in this position enforces all federal, state, and local laws and ordinances and assists with investigations. Patrol duties include enforcing traffic laws, investigation of crimes and accidents, and providing public assistance. This employee will be required to exercise initiative and discretion when faced with emergency situations.
