The Plumbing Project Manager is responsible for leading plumbing projects from estimating and design through construction and closeout. This role requires strong coordination with internal teams, field leadership, vendors, and clients to ensure projects are delivered on schedule, within budget, and to a high standard of quality. Success in this role depends on organization, communication, and the ability to solve problems as they arise.

Job Details
Responsibilities -
+ Review contracts and provide feedback on scope, value, terms, and conditions
+ Confirm receipt of contracts or purchase orders and ensure projects are fully booked
+ Partner with estimating and field leadership to develop labor phasing and tracking plans
+ Open construction projects in the company accounting system
+ Create, publish, and maintain design and construction schedules with weekly updates
+ Manage and present monthly progress billings to clients
+ Oversee submittals for materials, equipment, and subcontractors
+ Procure and schedule required equipment and subcontractors
+ Track labor productivity and publish weekly updates to the field team
+ Lead weekly construction meetings and develop four week look ahead plans
+ Present monthly project updates including forecast, margin gain, and margin fade
+ Manage change orders and maintain strong client relationships
+ Oversee punch list, startup, commissioning, and closeout activities
+ Compile and submit all required closeout documentation to the client
Qualifications -
+ Minimum three years of experience as a Project Manager overseeing plumbing or mechanical projects
+ Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or equivalent field experience
+ Strong understanding of mechanical construction and design build delivery
+ Experience supporting life sciences, biotech, or high tech projects preferred
+ Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable learning construction software platforms
+ Strong organizational and time management skills
+ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
+ Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment
Compensation and Benefits -
+ Base salary range from $95,000 to $175,000 depending on experience
