Plumbing Foreman

DIRECT HIRE PLUMBING FOREMAN!

Essential Job Functions:

• Supervises work in accordance with approved drawings and job specifications
• Plan and schedule daily tasks, oversee installations, and ensure compliance with building codes and safety regulations
• Identifies and documents contract variations and notifies Project Manager.
• Troubleshoots challenges and provides solutions.
• Sets daily/weekly production goals and monitors related progress.
• Holds self and crew accountable to the Company’s core values.
• Completes and submits reports, logs, drawing mark-ups, and other related documentation as required.

Qualifications:

• 3-5 years supervisory experience
• Journeyman’s license
• Ability to read and interpret drawings and blueprints
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Valid driver’s license
• Strong communication and customer service skills
