Qualifications and responsibilities for this Multifamily Plumbing Foreman position include:
- Experience leading mechanical/plumbing crews on multifamily projects – Supervise crews installing plumbing, HVAC, and domestic water systems
- Strong knowledge of plumbing, HVAC, and water distribution systems – Troubleshoot installation issues and maintain productivity
- Ability to read blueprints and coordinate across trades – Read and interpret construction drawings and mechanical plans
- Solid leadership and communication skills – Coordinate daily field activities with project managers and subcontractors
- Knowledge of local codes and safety standards – Ensure compliance with all applicable codes and safety regulations
- Experience managing field operations – Oversee materials, manpower, and project schedules
Salary: $40 - $42 per hour, commensurate with experience.
Benefits: This full-time, permanent, direct-hire position offers great benefits including a competitive hourly wage of $40 - $42 per hour.
