Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Applicants must be able to work directly for the company on W2
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in platform and publishing management
  • Proficient in project management, organization, and communication tools such as AirTable, Box, Outlook, Slack, etc.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and influencing skills
  • Ability to work within a self-directed culture and navigate ambiguity
  • Retail experience is helpful but not required
  • Experience or ability to learn eLMS tools (Zunos)
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and a critical thinker comfortable supporting multiple stakeholders and workstreams

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

  • Coordinate content translation, track progress, and publish materials across platforms
  • Build and maintain program dashboards and achievement structures used by global teams
  • Maintain content governance by tracking ownership, update history, and relevance
  • Set up new seasonal content structures, folders, and video libraries
  • Create weekly and monthly training calendars for multiple geographic regions and store types
  • Set up and manage partner access to content hubs and ensure seamless onboarding for new users
  • Send weekly newsletters summarizing newly published content and training material
