Required Skills & Qualifications
- Applicants must be able to work directly for the company on W2
- Minimum 3 years of experience in platform and publishing management
- Proficient in project management, organization, and communication tools such as AirTable, Box, Outlook, Slack, etc.
- Excellent verbal, written, and influencing skills
- Ability to work within a self-directed culture and navigate ambiguity
- Retail experience is helpful but not required
- Experience or ability to learn eLMS tools (Zunos)
- Detail-oriented, organized, and a critical thinker comfortable supporting multiple stakeholders and workstreams
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Coordinate content translation, track progress, and publish materials across platforms
- Build and maintain program dashboards and achievement structures used by global teams
- Maintain content governance by tracking ownership, update history, and relevance
- Set up new seasonal content structures, folders, and video libraries
- Create weekly and monthly training calendars for multiple geographic regions and store types
- Set up and manage partner access to content hubs and ensure seamless onboarding for new users
- Send weekly newsletters summarizing newly published content and training material
