Pay Range:$70000-$100000/Hrs
Description
• Support global content and media rights-holders in leveraging technologies and services.
• Help content owners translate ideas into executable roadmaps and deliverables.
• Encourage strategic product and service compromises that fit platform strengths.
• Understand and navigate the digital ecosystem for optimal client outcomes.
• Collaborate to scale the customer base over the next few years.
• Occasionally work unsociable hours to support client events and escalations.
• Travel occasionally as required for the role.
Key Responsibilities
• Attend status meetings with customers and project teams.
• Lead technical discussions with clients and their technical teams.
• Review feature requests and technical needs of clients.
• Liaise with internal departments to validate client deliverables.
• Document customer use cases and requirements for new features.
• Provide feedback for product enhancements and up-sell opportunities.
• Deliver presentations and training to assist client platform uptake.
Qualifications
• 5 years of related experience in a relevant field.
• Background in Technical Support, Software & Product Development, or Network Engineering.
• Experience in a collaborative environment with a teamwork mentality.
• Experience as a team lead or in a position of responsibility.
• Experience in building User Stories and defining technical requirements.
