Compensation & Benefits
- Base compensation: $110,000 - $135,000

Your Core Impact
- Own daily plant operations across production, quality, safety, and maintenance
- Partner with engineering/drafting to validate manufacturability and close the gap from CAD to the factory floor
- Lift throughput, reduce scrap, and advance KPI performance
- Build and develop supervisors and frontline teams across multiple shifts
- Manage budgets, equipment, materials, and capital projects
- Deploy Lean, 5S, and targeted process‑improvement initiatives
What You Bring
- 5–10+ years leading in a manufacturing environment
- Hands‑on experience with engineering drawings and GD&T, collaborating closely with drafting teams
- Depth in Lean, continuous improvement, or process optimization
- A track record of boosting plant performance and leading teams through change
- Ability to shape culture, champion safety, and drive operational excellence
Your Toolkit

- Manufacturing Instructions (MI) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
- Supervisory experience
- OSHA 10‑Hour Certification (OSHA 10)
