Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee all daily plant operations to ensure production targets are met efficiently and effectively.

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Business Administration, or a related technical field.

  • Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification
  • MBA or Master's degree in a related field (e.g., Engineering Management, Operations Management)
