Salary Range: $142,000 - $193,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all daily plant operations, including production, manufacturing, logistics, and quality control.
• Develop and manage operational budgets, control costs, and optimize resource allocation to achieve financial targets.
• Ensure strict compliance with all safety, health, environmental, and quality regulations and standards.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and lean manufacturing principles to enhance productivity, efficiency, and product quality.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team, fostering a culture of accountability and employee engagement.
• Implement and maintain robust quality control systems to ensure products meet specified standards and customer expectations.
• Develop and execute strategic plans to meet production goals, improve plant performance, and support overall business objectives.

Recommended Qualifications

• Proven leadership and management experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong understanding and application of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Demonstrated ability in P&L management, budgeting, and cost control.
• Expertise in ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and environmental regulations and standards.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification
• Experience with advanced manufacturing technologies (e.g., automation, robotics, Industry 4.0)
• MBA or Master's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field
• Proficiency with enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems, such as SAP or Oracle
• Prior experience managing significant capital projects or plant expansions
