Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all daily plant operations, including production, quality, and maintenance.

• Proficiency in budget management, financial planning, and P&L responsibility.
• Commitment to fostering a strong safety culture and ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.

Bonus Qualifications

• Six Sigma Black Belt certification
• Experience with new plant startup, commissioning, or major expansion projects
• Proficiency in a second language relevant to the company's global operations or workforce
• Demonstrated success in leading large-scale ERP system implementations
