Job Details
- Bachelor's degree in Food Science, or related field preferred
- 5+ years of experience in food manufacturing
- Proven experience in building or scaling a manufacturing facility from the ground up
- Strong knowledge of food safety regulations (SQF, HACCP) and quality control standards
- Experience hiring, training, and leading a team in a fast-paced environment
- Leadership experience
- Solid understanding of production planning, driving KPIs, and operational efficiency
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred
