Engineering Manager – Food/Beverage Manufacturing

Salary $110,000 - $170,000 + Bonus + Benefits + Paid Relocation to the Northeast

Our client is one of the leaders in their industry and they are growing!

To keep this company strong, we are recruiting for a PLANT ENGINEERING MANAGER who will be overseeing engineering and maintenance. As the PLANT ENGINEERINGMANAGER, you will be tasked with overseeing the capital project committee and acting as the facility capital project budget manager. Other responsibilities include spare parts inventory, driving KPI’s and continuous improvement initiatives.

Minimum requirements for this Plant Engineering Manager position:

·BS Engineering degree

·At least 5 years’ experience in a food/beverage manufacturing facility/managing people, projects and processes in a manufacturing environment.

·At least 1 year of experience in managing capital and project budgets

·Microsoft Suite and CAD Programs – must be proficient.
