What your shift looks like
You arrive ready to keep production moving. From mobile equipment and overhead cranes to complex control systems, you’re the go-to expert who keeps power flowing and equipment reliable in a heavy industrial environment.
- Troubleshoot, install, maintain, and repair electrical/electronic systems using schematics, AC/DC theory, test instruments, and PLCs.
- Jump in to support operating teams when needed to maintain continuous operations.
- Work independently with minimal supervision or alongside other maintenance technicians, depending on the task.
- Navigate varied plant areas and conditions — hot, cold, dirty, greasy, wet, and noisy — with an unwavering focus on safety.
Schedule and environment
- Rotating 8-hour shifts that include weekends and holidays.
- Overtime as required to meet operational needs.
- Strict adherence to safety procedures and PPE: hard hat, safety glasses, hearing protection, protective clothing, and boots with metatarsal protection.
- Reliable attendance, punctuality, and self-direction are essential to team success.
What you bring
- High School Diploma or GED.
- At least 1 year of manufacturing/industrial experience or equivalent education (military experience welcomed). Relevant exposure may include: industrial electronics; motors and controls; print/schematic reading; electrical power; computers and PLCs; AC/DC theory; test instruments and instrumentation; electrical maintenance; commercial construction and installation.
- Ability to pass required assessment test(s).
