Key Responsibilities of Plant Controller:

• Lead all financial operations for the manufacturing site including reporting, budgeting, and forecasting
• Analyze financial performance and provide actionable insights to plant leadership
• Oversee inventory controls, reconciliations, and cost accuracy
• Develop and maintain product costing models and support capital planning initiatives
• Partner cross-functionally with operations and supply chain to drive efficiency and improvements

Qualifications for Plant Controller:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business
• 4–6 years of experience in manufacturing finance or cost accounting
• Strong Excel skills with experience in financial analysis, reporting, and ERP systems
