Plant Controller

An established global automotive supplier is looking for a seasoned financial leader with a strategic mindset and a knack for collaborating with management. You'll ensure financial excellence by overseeing and actively participating in various financial operations, such as detailed financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, payroll, and managing both payables and receivables. You'll lead a team and serve as a trusted partner to the plant's management, strategizing to optimize financial decisions and performances.

In your role, you'll navigate and refine financial systems, assess operating costs, delve into variance analysis, and provide insightful financial reports to guide ongoing and future business strategies. You'll also develop forward-thinking budgeting and forecasting models to adapt to an ever-evolving industry.

Working cross-functionally, you’ll be vital in facilitating audits and maintaining regulatory compliance, meticulously preparing required reports and audit documentation. As part of the management team, you’ll contribute to Total Quality Management and Best Methods Program, setting the stage for continuous improvement and excellence.
