Our client, a global manufacturing company in high-acquisition mode, is seeking a Plant Controller for its new state-of-the-art facility in Arlington. The company is financially sound and known for providing tremendous professional growth and development opportunities. The salary goes up to $150,000 base + 15% bonus. Permanent direct hire.

Overview of the Plant Controller:
- The Plant Controller will lead accounting operations, including month‑end close, budgeting, forecasting, and internal controls
- Review and approve revenue recognition, payroll activity, and required financial reporting
- Conduct monthly variance analysis and identify cost‑improvement opportunities
- Maintain and enhance product costing systems and inventory valuation processes
- Support SAP implementation and strengthen financial systems across departments
