Planner Assistant
Job Summary: Talent Software Services is in search of a Planner Assistant for a contract position in San Diego, CA. The opportunity will be for one year with a strong chance for a long-term extension.
Primary Responsibilities/Accountabilities:
They work with different project managers and project planners within the organization. This team is responsible for all relocation conversion projects, new business, municipal work.
- Responsible for managing meetings for project planners
- Helping to distribute projects and work from the Franchise Team to other groups like construction
- Package work orders
- Handle and manage refunds
- Manage customer accounts in S4
Qualifications:
- May work on special projects. Strong communication skills and organizational skills are essential. Familiarity with MS Office required.
- Would like this person to have experience with Microsoft Office, S4, and SAP.
Manager to provide equipment. - An ideal candidate would have had previous experience as a program analyst or project coordinator working more with billing or accounting or financial groups. Looking for someone more on the administrative side.
