Job Details

Manage a full caseload of plaintiff-side workers’ compensation matters from intake through resolution
Appear regularly before the Maryland Workers’ Compensation Commission for hearings and conferences
Prepare and present cases, including witness preparation and evidentiary issues
Negotiate settlements with defense counsel and insurers
Work closely with clients, medical providers, and support staff to advance claims efficiently
Maintain accurate case files and meet procedural deadlines
