Job Details

We are seeking an experienced litigation attorney to handle plaintiff‑side personal injury matters throughout Texas in a fully remote capacity. This role is ideal for a trial‑ready attorney who enjoys owning cases from start to finish and working closely with firm leadership on strategy, case development, and resolution. While plaintiff‑side experience is preferred, attorneys with strong defense‑side litigation backgrounds who are interested in transitioning to plaintiff work are encouraged to apply.

Trial experience is required.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage Texas personal injury matters from initial intake through trial or resolution
Develop case strategy, including investigation, liability analysis, damages development, and expert engagement
Draft and argue motions, take and defend depositions, and prepare cases for mediation, arbitration, or trial
Maintain a high level of client communication and responsiveness throughout the life of each case
Collaborate directly with firm leadership and litigation support teams
Assist with mentoring or leadership initiatives as the Texas practice continues to grow
Appear in Texas courts and attend hearings, mediations, and trials as needed

Qualifications

Active license to practice law in Texas
Demonstrated trial experience
Strong background in civil litigation, including personal injury matters such as motor vehicle accidents, premises liability, products liability, or medical malpractice
Excellent written, oral, and courtroom advocacy skills
Working knowledge of Texas court rules and electronic filing systems
Ability to travel within Texas for hearings, depositions, and trial as required
Self‑directed, organized, and capable of thriving in a remote work environment
Plaintiff‑side experience preferred; defense‑side personal injury litigation experience will be considered
