Plaintiff Litigation Paralegal (3+ Years) – Mesothelioma / Asbestos

A plaintiff‑side litigation firm is seeking a Paralegal with 3+ years of experience to support attorneys handling mesothelioma, asbestos exposure, and toxic tort cases. Candidates with strong plaintiff personal injury backgrounds are also encouraged to apply.

This is a full‑time, in‑office role with competitive compensation and the chance to work on meaningful, high‑impact cases.

What You’ll Do

• Support attorneys through all phases of plaintiff litigation
• Draft pleadings, discovery, and case documents
• Organize medical records, exposure histories, and damages materials
• Communicate with clients, providers, experts, and co‑counsel
• Assist with depositions, hearings, and trial prep
• Manage a high‑volume docket of asbestos/mesothelioma cases

What You Bring

• 3+ years as a litigation paralegal
• Experience in plaintiff PI, toxic tort, asbestos, or mesothelioma preferred
• Strong organization, communication, and multitasking skills
• Ability to work fully in‑office and collaborate closely with attorneys
