Job Summary:

As the Pizzeria Manager, you ll be the heart of our operations, overseeing daily activities to ensure smooth service, high-quality food, and happy customers. You ll manage a team of passionate staff, handle inventory, and contribute to our growth in a fast-paced, fun environment. Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily restaurant operations, including opening/closing procedures, staff scheduling, and workflow to maintain efficiency during peak hours.

Lead, train, and motivate a team of cooks, servers, and support staff to deliver outstanding customer service and uphold our quality standards.

Manage inventory, order supplies, and monitor food costs to minimize waste and maximize profitability.

Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including food handling, sanitation, and allergy protocols.

Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and foster a positive dining experience to build loyalty.

Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting restaurant environment.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a restaurant manager, preferably in a pizzeria or fast-casual food setting (2+ years preferred).

Strong knowledge of pizza preparation, ingredients, and kitchen operations.

Excellent leadership and communication skills with the ability to inspire and manage a team.

Familiarity with POS systems, inventory management software, and basic financial reporting.

Food Handler s or ServSafe certification (or willingness to obtain).

Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
