A bit about us:
We are a 45 year-old family business that provides construction services to both public and private sectors. Our main focus is civils - underground utility, infrastructure, and site development. We bring in repeat business while still expanding out clientele around the country. Starting in the Midwest, we have expanded quite a bit over the years. Orlando has been a big focus for us over the last several years and the work is not slowing down!
We are in need of a Pipeline Foreman who has experience with steel pipeline installation or water main installation.

We are in need of a Pipeline Foreman to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be a seasoned professional with a strong background in steel pipeline installation or water main installation, demonstrating a deep understanding of construction processes, equipment, and safety regulations. This role is not for the faint-hearted; it demands dedication, precision, and a commitment to excellence. Responsibilities:
1. Supervising and coordinating the activities of workers engaged in the installation, maintenance, and repair of steel pipeline systems.
2. Ensuring that all work is performed in accordance with safety standards, project specifications, and quality requirements.
3. Planning and scheduling work activities, determining manpower requirements, and setting work priorities.
4. Coordinating with project managers, engineers, and other foremen to ensure the successful completion of projects.
5. Inspecting work sites to monitor progress and adherence to established plans and specifications.
6. Training and mentoring crew members, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
7. Resolving work problems and recommending measures to improve productivity and product quality.
8. Preparing and submitting reports on work activities, operations, and crew productivity.
Qualifications:
1. A minimum of 10 years of experience as a Pipeline Foreman or in a similar role in the construction industry.
2. Experience within water main/steel is mandatory.
3. Strong knowledge of construction processes, equipment, safety regulations, and quality control procedures.
4. Exceptional leadership and team management skills, with the ability to lead by example and foster a positive work environment.
5. Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to resolve work-related issues efficiently and effectively.
6. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with team members, project managers, and other stakeholders.
7. A valid driver's license and the ability to travel to various job sites as required.
8. Physical stamina and the ability to work in various weather conditions.
9. High school diploma or equivalent. A degree in a relevant field will be considered an advantage.
