Description
Tradesmen International is immediately hiring experienced Journeyman Pipefitters for projects located in Notrees, TX. This is a first shift opportunity with a pay range of $34-36/hourplus $110/day Per Diem based on experience and skill level. Job Scope:
Fabricate and install: Screw pipe, socket weld pipe, stainless tubing, carbon steel weld pipe, stainless steel weld pipe, mitered pipe, valves and underground pipe, pipe hangers and supports, steam and heat tracing systems.
Use and operate: Beveling machines, pneumatic and electric tools, oxygen and acetylene cutting equipment, basic rigging tools.
Perform: Basic plumbing repairs, minor valve maintenance and repair, leak testing of piping and tubing systems.
Additional duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Minimum 4 years of industrial journeyman-level pipefitting experience.
Must have a complete journeyman tool set.
- Must be able to read blueprints, isos, field sketches, material takeoffs and specifications.
Ability and willingness to work at heights up to 300 feet.
Physically able to: Climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, reach, stand, walk, push, pull, lift, grasp, and perform repetitive tasks.
Must be bilingual (Spanish/English).
