JOB SUMMARY: The Pilot Plant Operator supports pilot plant campaigns by assisting in equipment operation, batch processing, and troubleshooting activities while ensuring compliance with GMP and safety standards. This role involves close collaboration with technicians, campaign managers, and cross-functional teams to maintain efficient operations and accurate batch execution. Key Responsibilities: Support pilot plant campaigns under the guidance of the BI Lead Technician Collaborate with plant technicians and campaign managers to resolve process and equipment issues Assist in communicating batch status with chemists and other stakeholders Participate in daily operational meetings and group discussions Operate equipment and complete batch record entries and calculations accurately Attend PSOR meetings and contribute inputs and observations Follow all operational procedures including proper use of PPE Report all incidents such as spills, exposures, and injuries to management Perform all tasks with a strong focus on safety as the top priority Complete all required training within assigned timelines Required Qualifications: High School Diploma or Associate Degree Experience working with GMP procedures and bulk manufacturing Technical knowledge of manufacturing systems, methods, and procedures Strong troubleshooting skills related to equipment and processes Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment Strong attention to detail and adherence to safety standards Education: High School
