We're Club Pilates Pacific Grove, a supportive & community-focused studio with 10 incredible Pilates instructors from diverse fitness & wellness backgrounds. We value individuality, authenticity, and commitment to helping our community move better & live better. 

What matters most to us is how you teach, how you show up, and your desire to keep learning. We offer a robust in-house training & mentorship program designed to help our instructors grow, refine their craft, & feel confident & supported every step of the way.

Who We Are

Born in San Diego in 2007, Club Pilates has grown into a nationwide community bringing Pilates to hundreds of thousands of people. 

Rooted in Joseph Pilates’ original Reformer-based Contrology Method and modernized for today, our classes combine smart programming, state-of-the-art equipment, and group energy, all at an accessible price point.

We believe Pilates leads to a fuller, more empowered life. We believe strength is built through control, consistency, and curiosity. And we believe you can start anytime.

The Role

We’re looking for an instructor who genuinely loves Pilates and cares about helping people feel stronger, more capable, and more at home in their bodies.

If you’re energetic, personable, open to feedback, and excited to build relationships with both clients and teammates, you’ll thrive here. Our instructors confidently teach all levels, create safe yet challenging classes, and bring their own personality into the room — while staying true to the Club Pilates method.

You’ll lead dynamic, apparatus-based group classes using Balanced Body Reformers.

What You Bring

• Pilates certification or equivalent experience

• Experience teaching group classes

• Confidence cueing and managing a group class

• A positive, motivating, and inclusive teaching style

• Reliability, professionalism, and strong communication skills

• Comfort working with clients of all levels and abilities

• Willingness to learn studio systems and software 

• An interest in contributing to a growing, community-driven studio

What You’ll Do

• Lead safe, engaging group Pilates classes aligned with Club Pilates standards

• Instruct up to 12 clients per class using proper form and thoughtful progressions

• Ensure equipment is clean, safe, and class-ready

• Help maintain a welcoming, organized studio environment

• Be a motivating, inspiring presence that lives our mantra: Do Pilates. Do Life.
