Fulltime - 1.0 FTE
Great work/life balance with a Monday - Thursday, 7am - 5pm schedule
Annual base shift requirements: 188
Compensation - $422,333.00
Opportunity for additional shifts
Rotating holidays
Locations are Tacoma General Hospital and Allenmore Hospital

Position Summary
Urology Hospitalist to cover designated MultiCare Hospital campus as outlined in Practice Plan. Coverage will include inpatient and emergency urology medical and surgical services. Position is inhouse/onsite and is the primary point of contact for urgent/emergent urology needs.
Responsibilities
Inpatient consults
ED consults
Rounding on patients where they are the attending or admitting Physician
Urgent/emergent surgery and procedures
Collaborate with clinic-based urologists to ensure seamless patient care and follow-up
Requirements
Board certified or board eligible urologist
WA state license
DEA, NPI & prescriptive authority
BLS for Healthcare providers - certification by AHA

Pay and Benefit Expectations
We provide a comprehensive benefits package, including competitive salary, medical, dental and retirement benefits and paid time off. As required by various pay transparency laws, we share a competitive range of compensation for candidates hired into each position. The pay scale is $422,333.00 - $422,333.00 USD. However, pay is influenced by factors specific to applicants, including but not limited to: skill set, level of experience, and certification(s) and/or education. If this position is associated with a union contract, pay will be reflective of the appropriate step on the pay scale to which the applicant's years of experience align.
