Join Our Team as a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner - Urology
Are you a dedicated healthcare professional with a passion for urology care? We are seeking highly skilled Physician Assistants and Nurse Practitioners to provide exceptional outpatient urology services in a dynamic clinic environment. This full-time locum position offers an excellent opportunity to expand your experience and make a meaningful impact on patient health.
In this vital role, you will deliver comprehensive urology care, collaborating with experienced providers to ensure high-quality treatment. The position requires a proactive, patient-centered approach and a strong knowledge of urology procedures and protocols.
Required Skills:
- Valid licensure and certification as Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner
- Prior experience in urology outpatient settings
- Strong clinical assessment and decision-making skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
Nice to Have Skills:
- Experience with urology-specific diagnostic tools and procedures
- Knowledge of EMR systems
- Bilingual capabilities in English and Spanish or other languages
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Master's degree or higher in Physician Assistant Studies or Nursing
- Minimum of 2 years of urology clinical experience
- Proven track record in outpatient care delivery
Other Requirements:
- Credentialing and licensure as required
- Willingness to work Monday through Friday, 8 am to 5 pm
- Ability to start as soon as credentialed, with coverage beginning in March
- Willingness to travel or relocate if required; reimbursable for travel and licensure
