Position Overview:
Impact Recruiting Solutions is seeking a dedicated Physician Assistant to fill an opening with a multi-specialty practice in Florida. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled PA to provide high-quality care and work collaboratively with physicians and other healthcare professionals in a dynamic clinical environment.

- Work Schedule:
- This is a Full-time position.
- 5 days (1 weekend per month, no compensation)
- 8:00 am - 4:00 pm

Qualifications:
- Education: Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant program with a Master's degree.
- Licensure: Active and unrestricted FL State PA license.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in performing physical exams, diagnosing and treating common conditions, and assisting in procedures. Experience with EMR systems is preferred.
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong commitment to patient-centered care and the ability to work effectively within a multi-specialty team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, including taking medical histories, performing physical examinations, and ordering or interpreting diagnostic tests.
- Diagnose and treat acute and chronic illnesses and injuries under the supervision of a licensed physician.
- Develop and implement patient management plans, including prescribing medications and treatments within the scope of practice.
- Assist physicians during surgical procedures or specialized treatments as needed.
- Provide patient and family education on health maintenance, disease prevention, and treatment options.
- Document all patient encounters accurately and thoroughly in the electronic medical record.
