The Opportunity
We are seeking a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to join our team in Southington, CT. This role offers a unique mix of autonomy and collaboration, allowing you to manage orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions while providing surgical support to our experienced physicians.
What You’ll Do
Clinical Management: Evaluate and treat a wide range of orthopedic conditions in an outpatient setting.
Surgical Support: Provide first-assist services in the OR (Spine and General Orthopedics).
Autonomy: Develop and implement treatment plans using independent clinical judgment.
Procedures: Perform office-based procedures including injections and musculoskeletal assessments.
Documentation: Maintain high-standard clinical records to ensure continuity of care and billing compliance.
What You Bring
Licensure: Active Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner license in the state of Connecticut.
Expertise: Previous experience in Orthopedics, Spine, or Surgical first-assisting is preferred.
Skills: Strong clinical assessment abilities and a collaborative, team-first communication style.
Drive: A passion for musculoskeletal health and a desire for long-term practice stability.
