Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner

The Judge Group is looking for a nurse practitioner to work with our client in Fremont, OH to oversee clinical care of residents in skilled nursing facilities while completing visits throughout the facility.

Hours:

• Full-Time
• 6-hour shifts, Mon-Fri,7a-1p
• No weekends or holidays required

What you’ll be doing:

• Provide and oversee the daily clinical care of residents in assigned skilled nursing facilities
• Conduct comprehensive histories and physicals, diagnose, and develop treatment plans – including diagnostics, prescriptions, and monitoring

Shift Structure:

• This position is structured to incentivize providers to see as many patients as possible in a day’s work. Charting and visit times are entirely based on the pace that is set by the provider. For example, some providers can see 30 patients in an 8-hour day which includes charting, while other providers can see 12 patients/day.
• Providers can either chose to chart at home once they are done completing the visits while some chart while seeing the patient, this is entirely up to the provider as long as all charts are submitted within 24 hours of the visits.
• The length of the visits is estimated anywhere from 15-20 minutes and if you chart separately, it should only take up to a maximum of 10 extra minutes, meaning that the worst-case scenario would be a total of 30 minutes per patient but the average should be closer to 20 minutes in total.
