Job Description
- Provide primary and family evidenced-based care including accurate assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and management of health problems.
- Perform administrative duties such as opening/closing the clinic, patient follow-up, inventory management, and maintaining a clean environment.
- Handle patient appointments and perform routine examinations to ensure positive health outcomes.
- Encourage patient engagement in healthcare through health screenings, behavioral health services, and chronic condition management.
- Collaborate with a dedicated clinical care team to improve patient outcomes.
Critical Information
- Working every other weekend with possible holiday rotations.
- This is an onsite, patient-facing role.
Education/Licenses Needed
- Completion of a Master's of Science in Physician Assistant Studies or equivalent with current National Board Certification and state license.
- Completion of a Physician Assistant program with at least one year of recent primary care experience preferred.
