Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated, patient-centered Physician Assistant to join a growing aesthetic and wellness practice under the supervision of Dr. Helen Hsieh.

The Physician Assistant will play a key role in clinical care delivery, individualized treatment planning, patient education, and practice growth—while maintaining the highest standards of safety, compliance, and professionalism.

Core ResponsibilitiesClinical & Patient Care

• Perform comprehensive patient consultations, assessments, and medical histories
• Develop and execute individualized treatment plans in collaboration with Dr. Hsieh
• Deliver non-surgical aesthetic treatments within scope of practice and training, including:
• Energy-based treatments (facial rejuvenation, skin tightening, body contouring)
• Delegated wellness and functional medicine treatments
• Conduct follow-up visits and adjust treatment plans as needed
• Identify contraindications and prioritize patient safety

Medical Oversight & Compliance

• Work under physician supervision in accordance with New York State regulations
• Maintain accurate and compliant EMR documentation
• Adhere to HIPAA, OSHA, and regulatory standards
• Assist with informed consent and patient education

Patient Experience & Practice Growth

• Educate patients on treatment options and long-term aesthetic planning
• Deliver a concierge-level patient experience
• Support new treatment launches, events, and practice initiatives
• Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to enhance outcomes

QualificationsRequired

• Active New York State Physician Assistant License
• NCCPA Certification in good standing
• Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
• Commitment to patient safety and professional excellence

Preferred

• Experience in aesthetic medicine, dermatology, plastic surgery, or medical spa settings
• Experience with energy-based aesthetic devices
• Interest in wellness and regenerative medicine
• Entrepreneurial, patient-first mindset

Compensation & Benefits
