As a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner, you will provide high-quality, patient-centered care to adults and children (6 months and up) within busy urgent care centers. Required Skills:

• Minimum of 12 months clinical experience in urgent or acute care settings
• Proficiency in the Epic electronic medical record system
• Current Board Certification (PA Cert, Family NP Cert, or equivalent), BLS, and NC DEA
• Ability to treat adults and pediatrics (6 months+), performing procedures such as I&D, lac repairs, ear irrigation, and minor procedures
• Excellent soft skills, including strong communication and teamwork capabilities
• Ability to independently see and treat all patients assigned, managing high-volume patient loads efficiently
• Must be able to work within a 60-mile radius of your residence

• Experience in high-volume clinics handling diverse patient cases
• Prior experience with EMR training or independent patient management
• Bilingual skills to serve diverse patient populations

• Graduation from an accredited PA or Nurse Practitioner program
• Certification in ACLS or PALS is a plus
• At least 12 months of recent urgent care or emergency department experience preferred

• Valid state licensure and authorization to work in healthcare
• Availability to participate in scheduled training sessions via Wednesdays
• Willingness to support multiple clinic locations within your vicinity
• No travel or call requirements; offsite supervision provided for APPs
• Ability to provide credentialing documentation before onboarding
