This role involves providing high-volume and high-acuity anesthesia care in a fast-paced surgical program. Job Details: Start Date: ASAP - Ongoing End Date: Ongoing Practice Setting: Inpatient Schedule: Monday - Friday, 20 shifts per month Coverage Type: Scheduled Clinical Hours Only Location: Near Cheney, WA No Call, No Weekends: Enjoy a consistent weekday schedule with no on-call responsibilities or weekend work. Key Responsibilities: Patient Care: Supervise 3-4 CRNAs per Anesthesiologist. Pre-op and Post-op: Conduct pre-operative interviews and post-operative evaluations. Induction Presence: Be present for induction and assist CRNAs as needed. EMR System: Proficient use of Epic electronic medical records system. High-Volume Environment: Provide anesthesia care in a fast-paced, high-acuity surgical program. Requirements: Board Certification: Must be board-certified in Anesthesiology. Certifications: ACLS and PALS certifications are required. Licensing: No specific state licensing requirements for submission, but timely credentialing is essential. Experience: Providers should have experience in a high-volume, fast-paced surgical environment. OT Policy: Overtime will be applied after a 40-hour workweek, not after an 8-hour day.
