Physical Therapist - Travel Contract

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
• Active California Physical Therapy license required to start the assignment.
• BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
• Skilled nursing facility experience preferred. (Client specifies skilled nursing experience preferred.)
• Experience working in a facility of approximately 130 beds preferred.
• Ability to work approximately 36 hours per week as indicated by client notes.

• Facility Type: Skilled Nursing Facility.
• Shift Name: Flex Shifts.
• Shift Pattern: Monday through Friday with an alternate weekend rotation.
• Hours per Week: Approximately 36 hours per week.
