Physical Therapist - Travel Contract

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
• Active Michigan physical therapy license required at time of submission. Compact licensure is not accepted for this role.
• Minimum 2 years of physical therapy experience required. Must have experience working in outpatient, inpatient, and long-term care environments; primary focus will be inpatient.
• BLS (AHA) certification required.
• Ability to follow physician orders and develop individualized plans of care based on comprehensive evaluations.
• Travel assignment experience preferred.

Assignment Details

• Facility Type: Outpatient (will primarily focus on inpatient and also work with long-term care as needed).
• Shift Name: Days.
• Shift Days: Monday through Friday.
• Shift Hours: 08:00–16:30. (40 hour guarantee.)
• Weekend Requirement: No weekends.
• Assignment Duration: 13 weeks.
