Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
- Active Michigan physical therapy license required at time of submission. Compact licensure is not accepted for this role.
- Minimum 2 years of physical therapy experience required. Must have experience working in outpatient, inpatient, and long-term care environments; primary focus will be inpatient.
- BLS (AHA) certification required.
- Ability to follow physician orders and develop individualized plans of care based on comprehensive evaluations.
- Travel assignment experience preferred.
Assignment Details
- Facility Type: Outpatient (will primarily focus on inpatient and also work with long-term care as needed).
- Shift Name: Days.
- Shift Days: Monday through Friday.
- Shift Hours: 08:00–16:30. (40 hour guarantee.)
- Weekend Requirement: No weekends.
- Assignment Duration: 13 weeks.
