Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from accredited programs approved by the APTA.
- Active Florida Physical Therapy license required to start the assignment.
- BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
- Demonstrated experience with HCHB (Homecare Homebase) is required.
- Experience providing care in home health environments preferred.
- Travel assignment experience preferred.
