Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from accredited programs approved by the APTA.
• Active Florida Physical Therapy license required to start the assignment.
• BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
• Demonstrated experience with HCHB (Homecare Homebase) is required.
• Experience providing care in home health environments preferred.
• Travel assignment experience preferred.
