Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
- Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
- BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
- Minimum of 1 Year of Experience
- Current PT License to Practice in Texas
- ACLS Certification

- Shift: Day 5x8-Hour (07:00 - 19:00)
