Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
- Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
- BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
- Minimum 1 year of home health experience at a Medicare certified agency
- Experience with HCHB EMR is required
Assignment Details
- Facility Type: Home Health
- Shift: Days (Monday to Friday)
- Working Hours: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
- On-call or weekend requirements: No
- Productivity: Approximately 6-7 patients a day
