Physical Therapist - Travel Contract

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC

Assignment Details

• Facility Type: Hospital
• Shift Name: Days
• Weekend rotation: Once per month
• On call: No
• Holiday Expectations: May be asked to assist with coverage of Thanksgiving or Christmas. All other holidays are staffed as normal working days.
• Holiday Expectations: One major and one minor seasonal holiday per policy.
• Orientation: 3 days orientation in department.
• Floating: Caseload may consist of any area within the hospital (trauma, orthopedics, neuro, MedSurg, ICU) including ED.
