Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
- Current Physical Therapy license in Pennsylvania required to start the assignment.
- Current CPR certification required.
- Valid driver’s license, vehicle insurance, and access to a dependable vehicle for travel within the agency service area.
- Experience providing home health physical therapy or equivalent outpatient/home-based clinical experience preferred.
- Ability to complete patient evaluations, develop plans of care, and document per CMS and agency requirements.
- Schedule flexibility to participate in weekend rotations and potential availability on observed holidays as needed.
- Willingness to visit patients across the agency’s service area and to float to other nearby agency locations as needed.
