Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
  • Active Indiana Physical Therapist license required to start the assignment.
  • BLS certification required from AHA or ARC.
  • Experience in outpatient clinic settings preferred.
  • Client requires 13-week assignment completion. (Assignment length preferred requirement.)
  • Ability to follow clinic documentation systems and use electronic medical records in an outpatient environment preferred.

  • Shift Name: Days.
  • Shift Hours: AM 8.
  • Schedule: 5x8.
  • Float Requirement: Candidate may be required to float to other facilities as needed.
