Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program recognized by the APTA.
- Active Massachusetts physical therapy license required to start the assignment.
- BLS certification from AHA or ARC required prior to start.
- Experience working in skilled nursing facility or long-term care settings preferred.
- Ability to manage caseloads that include post-acute rehabilitation, restorative care, and mobility training preferred.
- Documentation experience with electronic medical records preferred.
Assignment Details
- Facility Type: Skilled Nursing Facility.
- Shift: Days.
- Shift Details: Days 08:00–16:30.
- Schedule: 5x8 (five days per week, 8-hour shifts).
- Contract Length: 13 weeks.
- Guaranteed Hours per Week: 40.
- Onboarding requirement: Active state license and BLS prior to start.
