Physical Therapist - Travel Contract

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program recognized by the APTA.
• Active Massachusetts physical therapy license required to start the assignment.
• BLS certification from AHA or ARC required prior to start.
• Experience working in skilled nursing facility or long-term care settings preferred.
• Ability to manage caseloads that include post-acute rehabilitation, restorative care, and mobility training preferred.
• Documentation experience with electronic medical records preferred.

Assignment Details

• Facility Type: Skilled Nursing Facility.
• Shift: Days.
• Shift Details: Days 08:00–16:30.
• Schedule: 5x8 (five days per week, 8-hour shifts).
• Contract Length: 13 weeks.
• Guaranteed Hours per Week: 40.
• Onboarding requirement: Active state license and BLS prior to start.
