Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
• Current Physical Therapy license in Virginia required to start the assignment.
• Current CPR certification required.
• Must have a current driver’s license, vehicle insurance, and access to a dependable vehicle.
• Home health experience required. (Client specific requirement.)
• Experience with HCHB (HomeCare HomeBase) required. (Client specific requirement.)
• Ability to participate in a weekend rotation and potential availability on observed holidays as needed.
• Schedule flexibility to provide patient care across the service area.
• Preferred: PTA supervision experience and prior experience in low patient census settings.
