Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
  • Active Virginia PT license required to start the assignment. If not yet issued, include current license status.
  • BLS certification from AHA required.
  • Minimum 1 year of clinical experience as a licensed Physical Therapist.
  • Outpatient experience preferred. Neuro and vestibular experience preferred.
  • Experience with EPIC and Cedaron EMR preferred.


Assignment Details

  • Facility type: Hospital (Outpatient Physical Therapy clinic).
  • Shift name: Days.
  • Shift schedule: Monday–Thursday, 08:00–17:45 (9.25 hours daily).
  • Weekly guaranteed hours: 36.
  • Weekend requirements: None.
  • On-call requirements: None.
  • Float requirements: N/A.
