Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
- Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
- BLS Certification from AHA or ARC
- At least 1 year of previous PT experience
- Outpatient experience
- EPIC experience
- Work history/resume must have 24 months of current Physical Therapist experience
- Driver's License required
Assignment Details
- Facility Type: Home Health
- Shift: Days
- Start Time: 0800
- Traveler will work 4 days in outpatient clinic and 1 day in acute care
- On call on Saturday and Sunday
- Candidate may be asked to float within the same discipline across local campuses
