Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
  • Active Alabama Physical Therapy license required to start the assignment.
  • Current CPR certification required.
  • Must have a valid driver’s license, current vehicle insurance, and reliable access to a personal vehicle for patient visits in a home health setting.
  • Home health experience preferred.
  • Experience evaluating functional status, developing plans of care, and delivering skilled PT interventions preferred.
