Minimum Requirements

  • Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program (Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree accepted).
  • Current, active Texas Board of Physical Therapy & Occupational Therapy Examiners license required.
  • BLS certification from the American Heart Association required.
  • Acute care experience required by client.
  • Ability to interpret and carry out physician prescriptions per practice act guidelines.
  • Experience supervising or directing physical therapy assistants, support staff, volunteers, or students preferred.
  • New graduates accepted; experience preferred.
