COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS Physical Therapist (PT)
- Competitive salary: higher pay with experience
- Sign-on Bonus: $15,000
- $10,000 a year retention bonus paid annually
- PTO: 168 hours accrued a year + 8 Paid Holiday + 40 hours Sick Time
- $5,000 annually for CMEs with 8 days
- Excellent medical and dental benefits
- Free Lodging is available while provider works for the hospital
- Schedule: Work Four 10’s or Five 8-hour shifts with No On-call Coverage
- Patient volume is 8-12 patients a day
- Outpatient: Post Ops cases - shoulders, hips & knees, back & neck with joint pain, debility related to chronic diseases with some inpatient care
- Critical Access Hospital with a Level 4 Trauma Designation
- EMR System is Cerner
- Open to New graduates or experienced Physical Therapists
- Graduate from an accredited program in Physical Therapy
- Visa Candidates are welcome to apply
- Seeking candidates with team-mentality, work autonomously, able to adapt to work in a rural location
- Location is less than 3 hours from Reno, Nevada and 1 hour from Redding, California!
